2. What you acknowledge when you accept

At sign-up (and again whenever the consent version changes) the app presents the acknowledgements below in a condensed form: three plain-language points, the full in-app disclaimer, links to the documents, and one combined confirmation that you are 18 or older, understand how your data is processed, accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and acknowledge the Astrology & AI Disclaimer. The wording below is the wording that binds you; the app shortens it for space but does not change its meaning.

• ☐ Entertainment and education. I understand that Dasha and Samay are for entertainment, cultural and educational purposes only, and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, career, pregnancy, travel, safety or any other kind of advice.
• ☐ AI may be wrong. I understand that Samay is an AI program, not a person or an astrologer; that its answers may be inaccurate, invented or inappropriate; and that nothing in the Service predicts the future.
• ☐ I am 18 or older (or 13 to 17 with my parent or guardian's verifiable consent, where the law allows it, in which case they accept for me).
• ☐ Decisions are mine. Every interpretation and every decision is my own responsibility. I will consult a qualified professional for anything that matters.
• ☐ Data goes to the listed processors. I have read the Privacy Policy and understand that my birth data, chart and messages are processed by the named processors, including AI providers in the USA, only to deliver what I ask for; that I can withdraw AI consent in Settings; and that I can delete my account at any time.
• ☐ I accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Astrology & AI Disclaimer and Refund & Subscription Policy (version 2026-09-13a).

3. What we record when you accept

• the consent version you accepted (2026-09-13a for this edition);
• the date and time you accepted;
• nothing else for signed-in users: no network address, no device details. If you accept on the website without an account, one pseudonymous analytics event (version and over-18 confirmation, under a salted visitor key) is recorded so that we can show which version applied if there is ever a dispute;
• separately, and only if you allow it, the date and time you consented to AI processing.

4. How to withdraw

• AI processing: Settings → AI processing → turn off. No further AI requests are made.
• Notifications: Settings → Notifications → turn off. The device token is removed.
• Remembered facts: Settings → What Samay remembers → delete any or all.
• Everything: Settings → Account → Delete account (app) or Account → Delete account (web). See account deletion. Store subscriptions must be cancelled in the store separately.
• Not agreeing to a new version: stop using the Service; you may delete your account at any time.
